The annual CALS picnic had a new item in the program this year as the CALS Staff Peer Award for Leadership and Service Award was given out to two well deserving recipients.
On November 7th, CALS staff enjoyed delicious apple cider donuts from Center Grove Orchard and apple cider from Deals Orchard while learning about the research being done on ISU campus on apples.
Temperatures in the upper 60's, sunshine, food and bags were the perfect lineup for the Touchdown for CALS Tailgate last Friday morning. Approximately 35 CALS staff made their way outside of Harl Commons for a popcorn snack and to hangout.
